We are a Netball Club interested in developing a player's passion for netball. We are open to all levels of ability and our goal is about improving each individual's potential. We teach the game by focusing on a different set of skills each week. The skills sets are game based, fun and energising, designed to make you think whilst improving overall fitness. Our aim is to have 80% of the session with ball in hand.
I am a local Mum who has a passion for the game. I played Netball nearly every day as a youngster. From Primary School to Secondary School at Borough level, Club and then National Level for Wales. I have continued to take a keen interest in fitness. I train each week and play Netball for a local side. I am very keen to use my experience and pass on my knowledge of the game. I am a fully qualified Level 2 England Netball Coach.
Netball is a fantastic game. It teaches discipline, comradery, co-ordination and what it feels like to be part of a team. Our ethos is about supporting fellow players through positive encouragement and team spirit. Most importantly we are about keeping fit by having fun and making new friends!!
